L.D.R The organization of all the outputs requested
In a first step, we will define and organize the set of outputs, requested by the users of the studied system.
Although this first phase of the LDR study does not seem really necessary, it must be recognized that it is of interest, since everyone can know all the outputs of the system and thus avoid in many cases the redundancy of requested outputs !
We do not intend here to go into the details of this phase but simply through a simple example, show how starting from the set of SDs, subdivide the latter into subsets containing the OR's (Outputs Requested) of the company.
Note: When we want to subdivide a set (in the mathematical sense of the term !), It is necessary to possess the appropriate subdivision criterion (s).
When we subdivide all the OR's of an enterprise, to arrive at the last level of subdivision, to the complete list of ORs of the system, the criterion of subdivision is not imposed, each one can choose the one that suits him best depending on the organization of the company.
Let's take a simple example,
Suppose a factory in which are :
- The general direction,
- The management of the staff,
- The accounting department,
- Manufacturing, Maintenance and Studies
It is decided to subdivide all the requested outputs of the company according to the requesting service. It may be noted that one could have chosen to subdivide according to geographical location or any other criterion.
Here is the diagram corresponding to the subdivision criterion chosen at the first level:
At the second level, we decide to distinguish between management departures and those related to forecast management.
Here is the corresponding diagram:
