An example of order flow:
In this solution, the commercial section transmits the orders received from external customers to the manufacturing section and the agencies. The manufacturing section orders the spare parts to the store section and the delivery of the products to the shipping section. The store orders its supplies from the purchasing section. The purchasing section orders spare parts from external suppliers.
Let us now look at the second solution.
The sections are the same and their functions have not changed: the purchases are responsible with the supply of spare parts that are stored by the store section. The Manufacturing ensures the production, the shipping section delivers the customers so that the agencies proceed to the installation of the products ordered to the commercial ones.
Only the flow of the commands is modified as shown in the diagram
