L.C.O             The organization of companies

Shipping Flows :

We will not detail the three flows of deliveries relating to the three categories of products previously studed, we will only see the delivery flow concerned by the spare parts needed for maintenance.

I remind you, that all these examples and associated exercises are studied in the book L.C.O of J.D WARNIER (Ed EUROLLES).

Here is the diagram of the delivery flow for the spare parts :

Spare parts are delivered to the store by the external suppliers, then from the store to the shipping section which delivers them to the agencies for customer maintenance operations.

What can be noticed through these different flows, is the clarity and ease of approaching a relatively complex problem.

We have just defined all the management rules that govern the flows of orders and delivery, consequently, each section is able to know what its interventions and its role in the good flow of these flows.

However, in order for each section to have an overall view of all its responsibilities, we must now regroup all these diagrams by section in order to do the synthesis of all the functions assigned to each section.

It's (if you still agree !) What we will do with studying the steps.
